Two cups of peeled and diced apples

How do you prepare your bundt coffee cake? This is easy as mentioned above. It will take you a few steps to prepare and bake your cake:

Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Grease and apply flour on your bundt pan and keep that aside.

Using a medium sized bowl, mix your diced apples, two tablespoons of sugar and one teaspoon of cinnamon. Again, set this mixture aside.

Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt together in a different bowl.

In a different big bowl, mix two cups of white sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs and apple juice together. Stir or beat strongly to make it soft. Then, stir it in the flour mixture. Fold-in chopped walnuts and apple blend.

Apply or pour batter into a prepared pan. At the temperature range of 350 degrees F, bake the cake until it is light golden brown. This should take about fifty-five to sixty minutes.
